Terms of use
Short and readable. Last updated October 25, 2026.
Who runs this site
ERRCSCheck is operated by WhenLeads, a division of DV8 WEB LLC, 1335 Old Dixie Hwy Ste 27, Lake Park, FL 33403. By using the site you agree to these terms.
What the site is
A free reference on emergency responder radio coverage (ERRCS / BDA) rules, a building checker, and a way to request quotes from installers. Everything on it is guidance based on published documents. It is not engineering advice, legal advice or a decision by any fire marshal. Read the disclaimer.
Using the checker and the pages
- You may read, print and share our pages for your own building or work.
- Please do not copy the site wholesale, scrape it at a rate that slows it down, or present our pages as your own.
- Every rule links to its primary source. Where it matters, read the source and confirm with your fire marshal (AHJ).
Quote requests
- When you request quotes, you agree that we share your request with up to 3 vetted installers who serve your area, as the form explains before you send it.
- Installers are independent businesses. They set their own prices, schedules and contracts with you. We are not a party to that work and do not guarantee it.
- We check each installer's license and require them to follow our buyer terms. You should still check references, insurance and permits before you hire anyone.
- Requests are free for owners and managers. Installers pay us for the introduction.
What you agree not to do
Send false or someone else's details, use the forms to send spam, or try to break, overload or get around the site's security.
No warranty
We work to keep pages accurate and current, but codes change and local fire marshals can require more than the published rules. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, DV8 WEB LLC is not liable for decisions made from the site, for the work or conduct of any installer, or for indirect losses. If you are unhappy with the site, your remedy is to stop using it and tell us what went wrong.
Law and disputes
Florida law governs these terms. Any court case belongs in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes are dated above and logged in the changelog.
