How we make money

Installers, meaning two-way radio, fire alarm and DAS firms, pay WhenLeads, the division of DV8 WEB LLC that runs this site. Owners, condo boards and property managers never pay us anything.

• County Citation Alerts. A weekly list of buildings in a county with a new fire code citation, permit or deadline on the public record, with entity-level contacts only: the association or owner of record, the management company and public business lines. $399 per county per month, never exclusive, at most 8 firms per county.
• Quote request introductions. When an owner asks for quotes on our form, up to 3 vetted installers who serve the area receive the request. Each pays us $200 to $1,250 depending on the job. The form says this before you send it.

• It does not buy a listing, a ranking, a badge or a recommendation on this site.
• It does not buy your details unless you ask for quotes, and then only for up to 3 installers who serve your area.

We do not send text messages, make cold calls to owners, or sell your details to marketing lists or data brokers. You can stop all contact on the opt-out page.
