For installers

For ERRCS and BDA installers

Owners come to ERRCSCheck to find out what their fire marshal requires. Installers who work with us hear about the buildings that have to act, the week it shows up on the record.

Who runs this

ERRCSCheck is operated by WhenLeads, a division of DV8 WEB LLC in Lake Park, Florida. WhenLeads sells two things to two-way radio, fire alarm and DAS firms: County Citation Alerts, and quote requests from owners who asked for them. Owners never pay. That is how this reference stays free; the details are in how we make money.

What a County Citation Alert contains

Every Monday you get the buildings in your counties that showed up on the public record in the past week, and an instant email when a new citation passes review. Each row carries:

  • Building: name, street address and parcel number.
  • Signal: the citation, violation notice, permit filing or board agenda item, in one sentence.
  • Deadline: the compliance or hearing date printed on the record, when there is one.
  • Who decides: the association or owner of record.
  • Manager: the management company, if there is one.
  • Contact: a public business line for the association or the manager.
  • Source: a link to the record and the date we read it.

A person checks every row before it ships. If we cannot confirm a record, it does not go out.

Sample Monday digest

SAMPLE. Every building, company, phone number and date below is fictional. It shows the layout of a real digest, not real records. Phone numbers use the 555-01xx range reserved for fiction. Hover or tap a signal for the detail line a real row carries.

Price, trial and the founding rate

  • $399 per county per month. Each county is its own list.
  • Founding rate: $299 per county per month for the first 5 buyers in each metro, locked for 12 months.
  • 14-day free trial with full alerts for the counties we confirm.
  • Never exclusive, at most 8 seats per county, so a county does not fill with more firms than its buildings can support.

Owner quote requests are separate and optional, $200 to $1,250 by job type. See installer pricing for the list and a worked example.

Refunds

If something we send is not useful, tell us. We refund you and we part as friends. That covers a month of alerts that did not pay off and an owner request with a bad contact alike.

Coverage: Florida first

Alerts start in South Florida: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange and Duval are on the waitlist and open as installers ask for them. The live seat count for each county is on the WhenLeads coverage page.

We go deep in one state before adding the next, because each county's records look different and each one has to be checked by hand before it is worth paying for.

How owner requests are shared

When an owner uses the quote form, the form tells them, before they send, that their request goes to up to 3 vetted installers who serve their area, that installers pay us for the introduction, and that we send no texts and make no cold calls.

  • Most request types go to one installer. Condo association requests are shared with up to 3 firms.
  • You contact the owner by email, or by phone if they asked for calls. No texts.
  • If no vetted installer serves the area, we tell the owner and send them their local requirements instead.

What we ask of installers

  • A valid license for the work in the state you serve. We check it before switching on alerts.
  • Use the data only to offer your own services to that building. No resale, no shared lists.
  • Stop contacting anyone who opts out, within 10 business days of our notice.

The full buyer terms are on WhenLeads.

Questions people ask

Does buying alerts get my firm listed or recommended on ERRCSCheck?

No. Requirement pages, the checker and the guides read the same no matter who buys alerts. There are no paid listings, badges or rankings.

Are alerts exclusive?

No. County Citation Alerts are never exclusive, and we sell at most 8 seats per county.

Who are the contacts in an alert?

Entity-level contacts only. That means the association or owner of record, the management company and a public business line. We do not include personal cell numbers or personal email addresses.

How are owner quote requests shared?

The owner is told before sending that the request goes to up to 3 vetted installers who serve their area. Most request types go to one installer; condo association requests are shared with up to 3 firms.

What if the alerts are not useful?

Tell us. We refund you and we part as friends.
